A Business Partner Service that assigns a dedicated professional to work along-side Business Owners, Directors, HR Professionals and Senior Management in the absence of or to compliment existing HR provision.
In addition to providing Operational HR Support services to Senior Management, the focus here is on developing the Human Resource within the business strategically, centrally and ‘down the line’.
The service is designed to capture specific components of the HR Function, those for example that are problematic, non-effective or non existent and to develop these further. Identified areas are considered in their entirety and by working closely with business seniors, robust and manageable practices, systems and procedures are established, business critical solutions developed and embedded throughout the business.Â
